At Merchadda.in, every product is custom-made with care.

No Cancellations – Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

No Returns / No Exchange – We do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges of products once sold.

Refunds / Replacements – Considered only if:

The product is defective or damaged, or

An incorrect item has been delivered.

Mandatory Unboxing Video – A clear unboxing video from the start (sealed package to product) is mandatory to raise any claim for defect, damage, or wrong item. Without this proof, no refund or replacement will be processed.

Merchadda’s Sole Discretion – Merchadda reserves the right to determine whether the product qualifies as defective/damaged and whether it is eligible for refund or replacement. This decision will be final and binding.

Time Limit – Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.
By placing an order on Merchadda.in, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
B) Complaint Verification
Once we receive your complaint, our team will verify its authenticity.

If the complaint is genuine, we will coordinate with the seller to arrange a replacement or resolution.

If the complaint is found to be false, frivolous, or malicious, you may be held liable for associated costs, and necessary legal action may be taken.
Note: Sellers are solely responsible for defective products.
C) Shipment Acceptance Guidelines
We strongly recommend that you inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package is tampered with, damaged, or opened, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Eligibility for returns may differ depending on the type of product.
D) Return Conditions
To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

You have informed us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The product is unused, in original condition, and includes:

Original packaging

Tags, barcodes, and manuals

Invoice and any accessories provided

We will try to arrange a pickup. If not feasible, you may send the product back via a reliable courier within 1 day of our request. Courier charges will be reimbursed.

Items must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

All returned items are subject to verification to confirm eligibility.
E) Refund Policy
If your return request is approved:

Online Payments: Refund will be processed within 7–21 working days to your original payment method or via cheque.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be made via bank transfer or cheque.

Repairable Products: If repair is possible, we may return the repaired item instead of issuing a replacement/refund.
Important: Any promo codes, discount vouchers, or promotional credits used during the purchase are non-refundable.
