There may be situations where we are unable to process or accept certain orders. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product or quantity unavailability

  • Limitations in delivery or service coverage

  • Errors or inaccuracies in product information or pricing

  • Fraud detection or payment verification concerns

If your order is cancelled after payment, the charged amount will be refunded to your original payment method. However, any promo codes, discount vouchers, or promotional credits applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

We may also reach out to you for additional verification or information before accepting an order.

Cancellation by the User

At Merchadda.in, every product is custom-made with care.

  • No Cancellations – Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • No Returns / No Exchange – We do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges of products once sold.

  • Refunds / Replacements – Considered only if:

    • The product is defective or damaged, or

    • An incorrect item has been delivered.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video – A clear unboxing video from the start (sealed package to product) is mandatory to raise any claim for defect, damage, or wrong item. Without this proof, no refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Merchadda’s Sole Discretion – Merchadda reserves the right to determine whether the product qualifies as defective/damaged and whether it is eligible for refund or replacement. This decision will be final and binding.

  • Time Limit – Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this period will not be entertained.

By placing an order on Merchadda.in, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.

Bulk Order Cancellations

Merchadda.in reserves the right to cancel any orders identified as Bulk Orders, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Orders intended for resale and not personal use

  • Multiple orders of the same product delivered to the same address

  • Large quantity purchases of specific items

  • Invalid or unverifiable shipping details

  • Orders placed using suspicious or fraudulent means

In such cases, any promo codes, discount vouchers, or promotional credits applied to the order will not be refunded.
